One of the enchanting customs that surrounds Ukrainian Christmas Eve Supper, or as Ukrainians call it ‘Sviata Vecheria’, is the serving of twelve Lenten dishes on the night. This book presents some of the most popular recipes for dishes that are traditionally served in the various regions of Ukraine.
